Mt. Charleston Hike

It was a perfect day for a Mt. Charleston escape.  You have to appreciate the pink explosion in the distance...always a girly girl.  Why let a little dirt keep you from pure self-expression?  She has grown up hiking and we are so happy she loves it.  On todays adventure, she found several deer, an owl flying by carrying a mouse, a message in a bottle (I'm not joking) and a woodpecker...pretty cool, eh?  Next time you have a slow Sunday--take a hike!
