The Sunflower Chronicle began in 2012 as my 365 photography project. I have enjoyed using this blog as a way to hone my photography and writing skills and am attempting to reach that 365-images in 2014. Please enjoy this journey with me and create some of your own beauty this year. My website is: http://kms-photography.smugmug.com so check me out there too. I love comments and feedback so drop me a line sometime. Namaste.

Farmers Market
I love Wednesdays, that's when the Farmers Market comes to my neighborhood. My daughter cried (real tears) when she thought she couldn't go to the market after school because she had choir. That was a moment of pride for me...so glad I've got her addicted as well. (Ok, full disclosure, she gets an Italian Ice at the market--which is probably why she loves it, but you gotta start somewhere!) I even fed her a purple cauliflower tonight and with the help of a little ranch dressing--she loved it! Blood oranges are on the menu tomorrow, fun! As Martha would say, "it's a good thing." :)
