Kick Butt Chick

This is my sweet friend, Sheila.  She kicks serious butt at the gym but you wouldn't know it by looking at her here (or at least that was my intention).  I just started a new work out by Jillian Michaels (Body Revolution, no less) and was inspired to capture an image of a bad a$$ personal trainer...I think I did.  You GO GIRL!
